Don't smoke - you'll get more dates if you don't stink.
Save 10% of every dime you earn and never touch it.
That's not the culmination of my life's experience but both turned out to be more important than I ever would have thought. _________________ Founding member of The Blood-Red Pencil

I wouldn’t have gotten married to my waste of skin drunken skel of a husband, that’s for sure. I just would have used him for his sperm so I would still have my two gorgeous kids [the only good thing that ever came out of that bell-end]. God, if only I could go back… instead of facing hefty divorce costs. _________________ Where’s my check!!!? |

Choose your girlfriends wisely. They can do more damage than a boyfriend ever could.

1. Worry less. Most of what you fear will happen won't.
2. Laugh more. If you take yourself and others half as seriously as you're inclined to, you'll double your value and theirs.
3. Expect less. You think you'll change the world, but you won't. That fact will distress you less and less with each passing year.
4. Fight less over things that don't matter. Fight more for things that do. Recognize the difference.
5. Never risk your health, safety, reputation, or integrity; welcome risks of all other kinds.
6. Embrace who you are and what you can become; you are going to be in for some surprises.
7. At age 62, your mind will still feel 18; your bones and joints will not. |
