I need someone to create an InDesign CS template for me (very simple, I'll send specs) with two masters. I also require you to answer 3 questions about InDesign:

1. How do I layout text so it is below the headers designated in the master (right now it's laying out on top of it) and that the bottoms and tops of every page are flush?

2. How do I assign masters so the page numbers are on opposite sides of recto verso (does one master accomplish this automatically or do I need two, one applied to recto and one verson).

3. How can I carry over masters into other documents? I want to set the book up in .indd files per chapter and later combine them, so how do I carry over the masters to each new chapter/document?

Respond to me here, via PM with your estimate in US dollars.
