Writers should absolutely avoid doing business with publishers that leave unpaid writers behind and then launch new publications. Third Rail needs to stop the pattern. DON'T START A NEW PUBLICATION WHEN YOU STILL OWE PEOPLE MONEY FROM YOUR PREVIOUS ONE!
