It seemed at first when I separated from my husband my health went down the tubes. I was constantly on an antibiotic for something. My friends and family told me that it was just the extreme stress I was under.

However the more I think about it I think that my health became worse the longer that I was with him. I was more sick towards the end of our marriage than in the begining.

Thankfully now though my mind is clearer and I have been able to pay more attention to my needs and have been less sick than I have been in a long while.

My attention (more than before anyway) can now focus on a better diet and exercise for me and my children.

It's not unusual to become ill when you are under pressure and feeling down. Stress weakens the bodies defences. You're not alone. This will improve.

That which does not kill me makes me strong. It's a quote that initially seems flippant but it's one that has helped me through so much of life that i tend now to live by it.
Be well.
