Dear Syeda,
Twice, I was in excruciating pain that seemed like it would not stop, prayed, and found instant relief on the spot.
One of these times was in childbirth - the other when I wore the wrong shoes while walking on rugged terrain for several hours and felt like my feet were burning up and my legs, back, etc. too weak to continue walking.
As a Muslim, I recited passages from the Qur'an and made general supplications asking God to ease my pain.
As I said, the pain disappeared instantaneously. Not only that, but I had renewed energy and felt that nothing was too difficult.
One of the prayers I am fond of saying is: "You Alone (referring to God) can turn Hardship into Ease!"
It is so true!
Am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but feel free to contact me if you would like more information.
Hope
