Various Magazine Contributors - Celebrity Interviewer for Feature Articles and Property Investing Expert

We are launching a new Australian based Worldwide Internet Discussion and Social Networking Community Web site for ordinary retail investors interested in financial and investment matters.
We will operate in a variety of approved jurisdictions which include Canada and the United States, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Hong Kong and the Philippines in Asia in addition to Australia and New Zealand.

As part of the membership program, we will be publishing a bimonthly online magazine in PDF format and an animated page turning application for iPad and iPhone. Within the first six months of operation, we will also be publishing the magazine in print and making it available via a separate subscription site for readers who wish to subscribe only to the magazine and not the social networking community site. Distribution will also extend to discount magazine subscription Web sites and magazine retail outlets (i.e. newsstands).

We are looking for regular contributors to produce articles in the following areas:

Features: especially celebrity interviewers (with travel expenses provided)

Global Property Investment: Markets; Flipping; Finance; Legal, and; Tax

We are flexible about remuneration arrangements, which may be based either on: fixed rate per word, or; an amount per finished piece.

We have a regulatory media exemption for providing general financial and investment advice, however we want to refrain from doing so to the greatest extent possible, as the exemption requires that the principal purpose of the publication should not be the provision of advice.
