300 - 500 words.

$40 per article.

Require exclusive first publishing rights only and non-exclusive rights for print and online use after that.

Deadline August 1.

If you're interested, eMail me. If you're a flake, don't apply. I had a woman accept assignments last year and just disappear. It's not a lot of pay, you'll make more at Burger King, so keep that in mind before saying yes.

1. How do libraries regard self-published books. Do they buy them? Why or why not? Would like quotes from at least two library staff regarding issue.

2. How can an independent publisher (small press, self-publisher) get on the shelves of bookstores? What are they looking for? Are there things they see that cause them to reject books? Again, two interviews would be good, from different areas.

3. Differences between self-publishing in Canada, the USA and the UK.

4. Books before Gutenberg.

How often do are these articles needed? This sounds like a good deal honestly. I can do 300-500 words no problem, I can even speak spanish if you want me to.

Interesting topics, but I think they'd be really hard to cover in only 500 words.
