I write for a blog at MasterYourCard.com and am looking for some individuals who have worked in or have been affected by the credit card industry. Ideally, I'd like to speak with former customer service representatives who can give some insight into the policies for deflecting (or accommodating) customer requests and negotiation efforts.
Also, I'd like to speak with anyone who has had problems with debt or had a bad experience with a credit card issuer.
