This one's for the ladies in 20s, 30s and 40s...

For a story in a national women's magazine, I'd like to hear how you crack yourself up!

Maybe when you find yourself feeling really low, you put on your wedding CD and do the Electric Slide... or you take out a hilarious photo of you and your college roommate with lampshades on your heads... or you look at a silly mashup your friend made you of her baby dancing to a Scissor Sisters song... you get the idea.

So tell me how you make yourself laugh when things get rough--and tell me WHY your method works for you.
