My mother called tonight to tell me about a visitation. She said as a Christian she doesnt "know what to think about it" but knows I have had alot of activity in my life. Her boyfriend Tom died 3 years ago. She hasn't had any activity from him in those years. She woke up and saw him sitting at the end of her bed, looking very lovingly at her. She said he reached out as if he would be taking her hands, kissed them, and drew them to his heart. She said the utter look of love and joy at seeing her was something she never felt in her whole life. She called me weeping that the feeling of love from him was just so intense and she never felt more love. Trippy!

Yup! Trippy! Okay, as you might expect, I'm going to ask another question.
Why do you think it took 3 years for a visitation? Also, I hope you keep tabs on this. I'd like to know if Tom returns.

Hi everybody,

I'm not sure why it took three years, or if he'll ever be able to come back for something as beautiful as that, but of all the stories I've read, the time between death and an appearance doesn't seem to fit any type of timeframe for us. I, personally, don't believe that people on the other side use the same reference of time (calendars and clocks) that we do, so three years to us may be just a few seconds to them. :)
