I have been writing articles and a bi-monthly column for a trade magazine in the U.S. for almost three years. They have all rights to the works. I have been asked by an overseas trade magazine to write for them as well. Since the first magazine has all rights, can I still recycle some of my original works to the second magazine (basically using the same ideas, but changing the articles somewhat)?
Thanks in advance

There was a conversation on another website about this not long ago. I think the majority thought it was okay as long as you use a different slant, different wording, etc. . . where it isn't recognisably the same article.
