Tate Publishing President and CEO Ryan Tate fired 25 employees in retribution for an email sent by 1 employee alleging the company planned to outsource jobs to the Philippines. One of his employees taped the meeting and released it to the media.

In the meeting, he calls employees names ("stupid", "morons", and what sounds like "idiots"), threatens to sue them, put liens on their houses and cars, and more. It's very disturbing to listen to.
