Based on BBB files, this company has an <b>unsatisfactory </B>record with the Bureau due to a pattern of complaints. Complaints generally allege lack of promotion of authors' books and inaccurate record keeping with respect to books sold and commissions due. The company has responded to most complaints but has not responded to others. The number of complaints increased during 2004.

I don't think Cathy published with them. At least that's not what I found. As for the BBB. Good deal. You know it's amazing all the crap I took for trying to get people to file these charges, but now they're cheering from the sidelines. That's good. It would have happened sooner if they hadn't been so intimidated and spiteful to those of us willing to fight. Some of those same folks are still dragging their feet.

It will take longer because of this resistance.
