Just wondering if anyone knew the answer to this....
I left my abusive husband and he has been sending threats via text messages on my cell phone. Both our phones are T-mobile and I am wanting to find out if I can get a printed record of the messages for use in court, etc. I have saved 30 in the last 2 days, but my phone has run out of room. I'm afraid to delete any because then I can't prove he sent them, but now I have no room to access to others he has sent that are "waiting" until there is room in my inbox to download. The waiting messages will only hold for a day or two, and the current threats are involving things like destroying my laptop, wrecking my car, throwing away everything I own; but I think the new ones may be threats on my life or my parents (who's place I am staying at). Anybody have any advice?

Contact T-mobile and ask them. Also contact the police so they can view the current messages and possibly the ones waiting as well. It's wonderous what they can do about matching phone numbers to people.
I use T-Mobile as well and I am sure that they will have some sort of record as to what your phone has received. If nothing else they can at least have records of the numbers of the people who have sent you messages.

By all means, contact your local police and let them in on what your ex is doing.
