Hello, I'm Murrday, I'm an adult survivor with a strong focus
on healing, and I write songs from my own experiences.
I've just gotten 3 of my songs back online at:

The "band" Speak Out, is just me. It's named after what
I'm doing when I sing them, which is breaking the cycle
of silence, as part of also breaking the cycle of abuse.

I know what it's like to be broke, and so these 3 songs
are free for the listening at the above URL. I want anybody
who needs them to have access to them.

Just to let you know, these are songs that bring up emotions,
some of them strong ones, so they are not easy listening,
particularly the one titled Denial. It's about child abuse, and

Not wanting to look at it
Isn't gonna make it go away.

That one, the first two verses are intense, and the focus
on healing comes in the 3rd verse.

In Extraordinary Heart, there's also a mention of a death,
and the survivor's feelings about it.

So if you're feeling vulnerable, might want to wait on those
two, and listen to Parking Lot Penny, which is about self
esteem, and reasons for counting yourself valuable.
I know what it's like to feel down, and I hope this song
will help anyone going through a low point to remember
that you are not alone, and that you are worthwhile.

They're a cappella, so it's just me - one voice, singing. :)

I feel a bit vulnerable, because GarageBand.com has this ratings
system, which MP3.com, where they were before it folded, did not.
And being a cappella, I know somebody's gonna rate low, because
there's no instruments. Still, I'm not in it for the ratings.
I'm in it to get the songs out to people who may need or wish to
hear them. I'm not selling them there - I want them to be a gift.

So you're welcome to listen, and I hope they help.

All the Best, Murrday
